*Class fees work out to £8 per class unless you choose to Pay as you Go (PAYG) which is £10 per class. Equipment & PARQ
Class spaces are limited, dependent on size of the location, so it’s really important to book your place rather than just turn up. Since the pandemic, I do not supply mats anymore. I do carry a couple of spares for those that might forget or don’t have at the start, but you will need to buy your own mat in the long term. These mats are NOT the same as yoga mats! Pilates mats are soft and squishy foam (15-20mm thick), that support your body when doing Pilates exercises – I can give you an Amazon link if you are looking to buy your own, just ask. You won’t regret having your own mat as you can use it when doing Pilates at home! I supply all other equipment which is sanitised after each class.
Please download and complete this questionnaire for your first class.. There are some conditions that may mean I am unable to accept you in the class unless you have specific letter of agreement from your doctor, Please contact me if you have any queries about this..
Are you a Beginner? You are especially welcomed and I have created a whole section of Beginners videos especially for you! My Beginners ‘Learn the Method’ course which is £25 and includes 7 videos teaching the various elements of the method, is available for immediate access. Watch them first and you’ll be able to join in with the regular classes with confidence and enough Pilates knowledge to start getting stronger, more flexible and mobile for a life-long Pilates lifestyle!
Terms & Conditions:
When you sign up for a term, you will be committing to your mat/space every week for the whole term. I chose to limit the class sizes to suit the space as I don’t like to squeeze you in too much – far better to have space to move and more attention from the teacher, right? So, because the number of mats/spaces is limited depending on the venue, fees are non-refundable and are payable at the start of the term, in full please.
In the unlikely event that I have to cancel a class, I will endeavour to contact you all as soon as possible, by text or email to try and minimise any inconvenience to you so it is important that I have up-to-date contact details so please let me know should your contact details change.
If a class is cancelled for reasons beyond my control (e.g: sickness or venue not being available or suitable that week) I will aim to provide a replacement class, which maybe an online class via Zoom for those who have the technology. However, if for any reason, it is not possible to provide a replacement class, i will credit you the value of the cancelled class: the credit to be used against future bookings,

If you are new to Pilates or returning and looking for a refresher of the fundamentals, please let me know as it is important that you are familiar with the pilates fundamentals in order to exercise safely and get the best out of your pilates practise. I have created a Beginners ‘Learn the method’ course which is a series of 7 videos. Alternatively, you can opt to take some private 1-2-1 sessions to teach you the ‘method’ before you join a class.
