4: Leg Circles

This is the 4th exercise in the Original 34 series. Leg circles are a secret core strengthener, obliques too, and less about mobility of the hip, although it does get the joint moving! 

A strong powerhouse will help to stablise the pelvis and encourage relaxation through the shoulders and neck. The strong supporting leg means that both sides of the body are still working throughout.

Transition: Use a bent leg to bring you up to sitting, ready to start Rolling like a Ball.
