Leg Circles (Level 1)

This secret core strengthener has been modified in this version so you can do it with your legs in tabletop position. This is perfect for those with knee issues or if you have tight hamstrings which mean you can’t get the leg straight enough yet. Work on lengthening those hamstrings at the same time and you will still get the benefit of this exercise, which strengthens each side of the body, mobilising and strengthening the  hip joints.

Transition: Once you’ve completed both legs, use a bent leg to help you come up to a sitting position on the mat, ready for Rolling like a Ball.
