Lower Ab Strength
The inversion exercises require strong abdominals in order to draw the legs up and over the body. These preparation exercises will help, do as many repetitions as you can but do them in sets of 10 and rest for a few breaths in between each set. Try to stay relaxed through the neck and shoulders.
