Mobility Leg Circles
This variation of leg circles is a great hip opener … using a band around the foot (dressing gown belt or theraband) you can loosen up tight hips quickly.
If you’re hypermobile, you will only want to do this exercise at 90% of your full ROM! In this case, the object of the exercise is to work the muscles with stability of the joint in mind!
