Practise: First 8 Full

Once you’re able to do most of the First 8 exercises in their full version, follow along with this practise video … we do 3 rounds of 3 repetitions. Feel free to vary the repetitions or the number of rounds so that you are challenged without losing the will to live!

Progression: Once you’ve practised these, you may feel ready for the next section of exercises, 9-15. Email or get in touch via the facebook group to get this sorted … and well done you!!!!
