Roll Over (Level 1)

The Roll Over is only the third exercise in the Original 34 series and yet it is one of the most advanced exercises.

Level 1 is a great place to start to develop the lower abdominal strength required to pull your legs up and over. Try not to press down on the arms too much, nor use momentum to fling your legs over!

It is a top to toe stretch of the back of the body. It creates a lovely massage of your organs too. This is a good level to work at if you have any issues with your neck or shoulders although make sure you check in with your doctor or physio if you have any doubts. 

Transition: After rolling down for the last time, lie flat out on the mat, ready for your Leg Circles.
