Single Leg Stretch prep

This is a variation of the Single Leg Stretch that works from the Powerhouse down to strengthen the core whilst lengthening the leg muscles. Make sure you exhale whilst you stretchhhhh those legs and work dynamically, inhaling briefly whilst the legs switch. Work on pelvic stability during the movements.

Transition: fold both legs in and bring arms to the sides of the shins, ready for the Double Leg Stretch.
