The Teaser is an iconic exercise and a wonderful challenge. You’ll need a strong core and hip flexors as well as a flexible, strong spine and legs.
This prep exercise will help you continue to curl the upper body up into a strong neural position – using a small towel or band to help the arms stay parallel, you will find the control to bring the spine to neutral and back to c-curve. 5-10 repetitions to help build stamina and deep engagement of the Powerhouse to protect the spine.
