Quads, Hamstrings & Hip stretches
Grab your theraband or dressing gown belt and give tight hips a treat! A lovely sequence to stretch the front, sides and backs of the thighs and hips.
Hold each stretch for anywhere between 30 seconds and 2 minutes each. You can do these as many times a week as you like … the more the merrier!
If you’re hypermobile, you won’t need to do these stretches!
