So … back to this special offer … so what is Pilates exactly ..?
Pilates is a exercise modality that will strengthen you without exhausting you, improving your flexibility along the way, and if you suffer with a general low back issue, it is extremely likely that you will find it disappears within a few sessions – although I always recommended you to check with your doctor first just in case your issue is something more specific that requires treatment!
Online Pilates classes couldn’t be more perfect if you are currently WFH!! You won’t even get sweaty so you can hop straight back into your work Zoom meeting afterwards. You will feel calm yet energised and your body will practically hug you for adding movement to your day!
My aim is to help you create a steady, regular practice and when you join the Lucy-Pilates Club, you will become a member of a fun, supportive online Facebook community, with the focus on healthy habits with plenty of giggles along the way! My Pilates sessions are aimed at beginner/intermediate level as all the exercises have variations that make it suitable for all.

This Valentines Offer will give you a 7 day free trial so you can check out the Beginners videos and take a few classes with the Lucy-Pilates Club before committing to the monthly membership – all you need is a Facebook account, a mat and space to take part.

All these questions, and more, will be covered in the Beginners ‘Learn the Method’ course and you’ll finish the course with a 40 minute session to practise these newly learned skills – not to mention access to all the Pilates provided to the Lucy-Pilates Club Facebook group – that’s 2 interactive Zoom sessions PLUS a Facebook Live session each week AND lots of Pilates from the archives to dive into.
After your 7 days is up, you don’t have to do anything – your £20 monthly membership fee will be automatically taken each month until you cancel the subscription. To cancel, it’s easy – just hop onto your members area in the website and cancel the subscription from your Account page.
If you decide you don’t want to join before the 7 days is up, you just cancel your subscription as above before the 7 days and no payment will be taken.
You are subscribing to a monthly membership of a private Facebook group, Lucy-Pilates Club with access to the Beginners ‘Learn the Method’ Course videos on the website.
Access to the above is available for as long as the membership subscription fees are paid.
You can review your transactions and manage your subscription on the My Account section of the website.
You are not allowed to share or copy any of the content from the Facebook group without permission. The content may be amended at our discretion but this will only be because it is deemed superior to what is already being made available.

You must complete and submit the medical questionnaire before taking part in any of the Pilates classes. Details of how to do this will be available in the Facebook Group. Please seek advice from your doctor or other healthcare professional if you are in any doubt about whether you are fit to take part. These classes will not be suitable for total beginners, those seeking rehab Pilates or if you are recovering from an injury.
